Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Amsterdam. You will assist passengers by phone with bookings and travel questions, deliver top-notch support, and use CRM and reservation systems.

The role includes a paid training program, a seven-month contract, and a hybrid work setup with two days at home. You should have MBO level 4, be fluent in Dutch and English, and enjoy working in an international team.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with complex computer systems.

• Flexible, service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers via phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
