Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador in Amsterdam. You’ll engage German- and English-speaking customers via email, phone and social media, delivering warm, authentic service while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Based at The Edge West, Sloterdijk, you’ll work in a hybrid model with 50% office time and 50% remote. Expect shift flexibility, weekends, and a focus on customer-first resolutions.

Qualifications

• German (native level) and English (C1-C2) written and spoken.
• MBO/HBO level or completed college degree required.
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week and flexible shifts.
• Strong customer-first mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, friendly and empathetic under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for German- and English-speaking customers via email, phone and social media.
• Deliver personal, engaging service with no scripts or copy-paste replies.
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend products matching customer needs.
• Work toward targets and KPIs while staying authentic and helpful.
• Represent Rituals and bring the brand to life through service.
