Job summary

Cygnific B.V. is looking for a customer service representative to act as the ears and voice of KLM, assisting passengers by phone with bookings, flights and more. You will start with a paid 8-week training, full-time, 40 hours per week, at the Amsterdam office.

The role offers hybrid working, 25 vacation days, travel and home-work allowances, and opportunities for development across different products. The office is in Westerpark, Amsterdam, with team events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• HAVO or MBO 4 diploma
• Experience in call center or customer service
• Dutch and English fluent
• Understanding of computer systems
• Affinity with KLM, teamwork and international outlook
• Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers by phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades and special requests
• Find quick, suitable solutions and aim to exceed passenger expectations
• Work as the ears and voice of KLM, serving as travel troubleshooter
• Participate in cross-training to support different products
