Job summary

NetApp in the Benelux region seeks an experienced Solutions Engineering Leader to guide a high-performing team across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will partner with Sales Leadership to shape regional GTM strategy, drive market-share expansion, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

This role blends technical vision with people development, empowering the team to advise on AI adoption, hybrid multicloud, cyber resiliency, and data infrastructure modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technical teams in data infrastructure or cloud.
• Proven ability to align with sales and meet quotas.
• Experience hiring, developing and scaling diverse teams in Northern Europe/Benelux.
• Strong executive presence and client engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SE team to drive growth across Benelux.
• Partner with Sales to pursue new land accounts and expand wallet share.
• Translate business imperatives (AI, multicloud, cyber resiliency) into differentiated NetApp solutions.
• Coach teams to develop high-quality proposals and customer outcomes.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear performance expectations and feedback.
