Job summary

Last Mile Solutions seeks a Solutions Engineer to join our Benelux team. You will translate customer needs into practical, scalable solutions, support pre-sales, and guide technical implementations across the full customer journey.

Operate as a trusted advisor, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and mentor Delivery Managers during onboarding and project delivery. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation reflect our commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a technical, solution-focused role.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working directly with customers or partners.
• English fluency; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert and go-to source for product questions.
• Lead pre-sales conversations and tailor technical solutions.
• Oversee customer onboarding and delivery with Delivery Managers.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to configure and deliver solutions.
• Lead complex implementations and migrations.
• Create training materials and technical documentation.
