Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager for the Benelux Named Accounts to lead a high-performing pre-sales team. You will drive AI adoption, coach Solutions Architects, and partner with Sales to grow enterprise accounts across the region.

You will build a credible AI-focused organization, coach managers, and align architecture designs with business ROI, while pushing for scalable platform adoption across multiple industries.

Competenze

• Experience leading technical pre-sales or consulting teams in data platforms or AI/ML.
• Hands-on AI tooling and ability to drive AI capability across an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of data challenges in enterprise environments.
• Ability to frame technical decisions around commercial value and consumption growth.
• Foundational data engineering and cloud architecture knowledge to coach SAs.

• Lead field engineering team across the Benelux region and hire top SI/architects.
