HITACHI ENERGY THE NETHERLANDS B.V. seeks a Sales Manager Benelux to lead commercial development across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

You will shape and execute the regional strategy, driving sustainable growth and building lasting relationships with customers, partners and teams. You will lead a multi-country sales team, manage complex opportunities, and collaborate with business units, marketing, engineering, tendering, and service.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership or commercial management in industrial/technical environments.
• Strong experience in defining commercial strategies, driving growth, and regional development.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multi-country sales teams across Benelux.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Benelux commercial strategy and growth, translating priorities into a growth roadmap.
• Expand market presence and customer base across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Ensure commercial excellence with disciplined execution and CRM usage.
• Leverage market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Act as a senior commercial ambassador in customer engagements and industry events.
