You will drive requirements, discovery, and workshops, and collaborate across international teams to standardize processes while respecting local compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS architectural depth; Workday experience preferred.
• Proven track record of analytics-driven HR process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Unpack local HR requests using the five whys to separate business needs from assumed solutions.
• Shadow local HR teams to understand daily friction points.
• Lead Adopt-vs-adapt workshops and promote standard Workday functionalities before country customizations.
