Job summary

Basic Fit is looking for a Senior Workday Specialist based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands to shape and scale their Workday platform. This role involves owning technical configuration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, with the opportunity to impact and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in HRIS or consultancy role.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Integrations.
• Experience in an international, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure Core HCM and Time Tracking systems.
• Lead Workday integration processes and maintain reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR functionalities.
