Basic-Fit is seeking a Tech Lead HRIS to define and govern our HRIS landscape, with Workday at the core. You will set technical direction, own integration patterns, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions for a frontline workforce.

You will drive platform strategy, enforce security and integration standards, mentor consultants, and stay ahead of Workday releases to align with business needs across payroll and HR.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with Workday as core platform.
• Experience across HRIS environments including payroll.
• Ability to operate at architectural and hands-on levels.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.

• Define technical architecture: HRIS landscape design, integrations, data flows, and Workday role.
• Drive platform strategy: advise on tooling, vendor solutions, and build-vs-buy choices.
• Govern technical quality: set standards for configuration, security, integrations, and design.
• Resolve complex problems crossing system or vendor boundaries.
• Enable the team: provide technical guidance to consultants and developers.
• Stay ahead of the landscape: monitor Workday releases and HR tech trends.
• Bridge business and technology: translate requirements into solid technical solutions.
