Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a senior HRIS or consultancy role.
• Proven expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Reporting.
• Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure Core HCM functionalities and architectures.
• Lead configuration of Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling.
• Take ownership of Workday integrations including EIBs and APIs.
• Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards.
• Manage Workday release cycles and document changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience for HR.
