Basic-Fit is seeking an HRIS Business Solution Lead – Workforce to own the Workday-based absence management, time tracking and scheduling domain. You’ll bridge local HR needs and scalable system design, ensuring employees can use HRIS effectively.

You’ll lead discovery, workshops, and end-to-end solutions, collaborating with international teams and works councils while maintaining country-specific compliance. Fluent English required; Dutch/French/Spanish/German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HRIS architectural depth; Workday experience preferred.
• Track record of end-to-end HR process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management with international teams and works councils.
• Experience with organizations with frontline personnel (retail/hospitality).
• Fluent English; Dutch, French, Spanish or German a plus.

• Consultative Requirements Engineering: unpack requests and separate business needs from system solutions.
• On-the-Ground Discovery: observe HR teams and end-users to catch edge cases.
• Solution Design & Workshops: lead Adopt-vs-adapt workshops; drive standardization.
• Sub-domain Architectural Ownership: own the Workforce absence management, time tracking and scheduling domain.
• Cross-domain alignment: partner with HRIS Product Manager and Tech Lead on architecture.
