Basic-Fit International B.V. seeks a HRIS Business Solution Lead – Workforce to own the absence management, time tracking and scheduling domains in Workday.

You’ll translate local HR needs into scalable system requirements and drive end-to-end solutions with global and local stakeholders. As a hands-on architect with Workday experience, you’ll bridge business problems and system design, collaborating with cross-functional teams while promoting standard processes and country-specific adaptations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS architectural depth and functional capability.
• Preferred Workday experience with HRIS domains.
• Proven track record of end-to-end HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Requirements Engineering: unpack requests and separate business needs from assumed system solutions.
• On-the-Ground Discovery: observe local HR teams to identify edge cases and friction points.
• Solution Design & Workshops: lead standardization workshops and country customizations when needed.
• Sub-domain Architectural Ownership: own absence management, time tracking and scheduling in Workday.
• Multi-lever Problem Solving: align functional solutions with broader system architecture with cross-domain teams.
