Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking an HR Business Process Owner to bridge HR and the Workday team, turning needs into clear requirements and shaping how processes run across the organization. You’ll translate needs into practical Workday specifications, gather requirements from stakeholders, and drive first tests on new functionality.

You’ll lead global process changes in local markets, train HR teams, and decide when country-specific requests should be handled locally or within the global Workday setup,

Qualifications

• Experience in HR processes and requirements gathering.
• Affinity with HR systems implementing; hands-on Workday experience is a plus.
• Experience with change management and implementing global processes across multiple countries.
• Experience training or coaching local HR teams on new processes or systems.
• Experience in an international, multi-country, multi site environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate HR requirements from local HR departments into clear Workday specifications.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes across Hire-to-Pay by defining uniform processes.
• Determine whether country-specific requests should be solved locally or as part of the global Workday setup.
• Maintain a clear view of open requirements, decisions, and issues within the HR domain.
• Perform first-line business acceptance testing on Workday changes before go-live.
• Lead the implementation of global process changes in local markets, and train local HR teams to ensure smooth adoption.
