Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking an HRIS Business Solution Lead - HCM to own the Core HCM HRIS sub-domain (Workday) and translate local HR needs into scalable system designs. You will partner with local HR teams, works councils, and cross-functional teams to define end-to-end requirements and drive standardization.

You bring hands-on HRIS architectural depth, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS architectural depth and functional capability.
• Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Requirements Engineering: unpack requests and separate business needs from system solutions.
• On-the-Ground Discovery: observe HR teams to identify edge cases and friction points.
• Solution Design & Workshops: lead standardization with vanilla Workday functionality, then country-specific customization.
• Sub-domain ownership: maintain knowledge of Hire, Change, Terminate, Compensation & Benefits and oversee implementations.
• Multi-lever Problem Solving: align functional choices with broader system architecture.
