Basic-Fit is seeking a Tech Lead HRIS to define the HRIS architecture and govern its evolution, with Workday at the core. You will own integration patterns, data flows, and platform boundaries, ensuring scalability and maintainability within a frontline-workforce context.

You will drive platform strategy, evaluate tooling, and enforce security and design standards, while guiding consultants and developers. Fluent English and a bachelor’s IT degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with Workday as core platform.
• Experience in broader HRIS environments including payroll.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication in technical design reviews and business sessions.

• Define the HRIS technical landscape design — integration patterns, data flows, platform boundaries, and Workday's role.
• Drive platform strategy: evaluate tooling, vendor solutions, and build-vs-buy decisions across the HRIS stack.
• Govern technical quality: set and enforce configuration, security, integrations, and system design standards.
• Resolve complex cross-system issues and act as escalation point for technical problems.
• Enable the team by providing guidance to functional consultants and developers.
• Stay ahead of HR tech landscape by monitoring Workday releases and ecosystem developments.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
