Job summary

Basic Fit International B.V. is seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to play a key role in shaping the Workday platform. This position involves critical configuration and technical ownership in a rapidly growing fitness company with 4.7 million members across 6 countries.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance, leading integration efforts and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have over 7 years of Workday experience and strong communication skills. The role promotes a culture of continuous improvement and offers excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on Workday experience in a senior HRIS, Workday Consultant, or Techno‑Functional role.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking/Attendance, Reporting & analytics.
• Experience in an international, multi‑country environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure Core HCM, supervise job structures and business processes.
• Lead Time Tracking/Attendance configuration and optimisation.
• Take ownership of Workday integrations including design and testing.
• Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards.
• Lead Workday release cycles and communicate changes to stakeholders.
