You will drive menu development, maintain high HACCP standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a head chef.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of Caribbean cuisine and menu development.
• Excellent food hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Budget management and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing your kitchen team.
• Overseeing the full kitchen operation within the Mondi–Caribbean concept.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations in line with our brand and service standards.
• Working with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Monitoring food quality, HACCP guidelines, stock control and cost efficiency.
• Contributing to menu development with fresh, flavorful Caribbean inspiration.
• Inspiring the team to create a true “WOW experience” every single day.
