Job summary

Corendon Amsterdam New West is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Mondi–Caribbean kitchen, guiding a talented team in a vibrant, international setting. You will drive menu development, maintain high HACCP standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a head chef.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of Caribbean cuisine and menu development.
• Excellent food hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
