The role includes morning and afternoon shifts, with a 15-minute handover, and a focus on empathy, efficiency, and a friendly smile. Fluent English is required; Dutch is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required; Dutch language preferred.
• Opera IT system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Be the first and last contact for guests and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to satisfy guest requests.
• Act as face of the hotel and maintain a friendly, empathetic service approach.
