Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office trainee to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and outs, and be the face of our hotel. You will work morning and afternoon shifts, with a 15‑minute handover at the start, and maintain a positive, empathetic presence on the frontline.

Ideal candidates are available as an MBO or HBO student for at least 20 weeks, fluent in English and preferably Dutch, with a keen customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Available as an MBO or HBO student for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week.
• Fluent written and spoken English, and preferably Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Be the point of contact for all questions in the hotel.
• Act as the face of the hotel and provide guest assistance with a smile and empathy.
• Guide guests to meeting spaces and assist with event listings.
