Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre is seeking a Front Office trainee to provide outstanding service to guests. You will be the first and last contact, welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is memorable.

The role includes checking guests in and out, answering questions, and acting as the face of the hotel. Shifts run mornings and afternoons with a 15-minute handover; night shifts are outsourced.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Dutch language is preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Serve as the point of contact for guests’ questions from A to Z.
• Act as the face of Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre.
• Provide outstanding service and ensure memorable stays for guests.
