Job summary

FH Collective Academy seeks a Business Development Representative to drive B2B outreach for Google Cloud products from Barcelona, targeting the Benelux region. You will engage C-level prospects, map technical needs to GCP offerings, and generate SQOs to expand the regional footprint.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication (Dutch C2, English C1), outbound sales experience, and CRM proficiency, with a hybrid Barcelona office and growth opportunities in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C2) and English (C1) proficiency required.
• Proven outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation experience.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Identify pain points and map requirements to GCP solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce.
