Job summary

Prologis in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a Team Assistant for Global Strategy Analytics. You will coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and internal communications to keep senior leaders organized and focused on priorities.

In this role you will partner with Research & Strategy, Valuations, and Advanced Analytics, supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment. A minimum of 3 years' admin experience and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple teams.
• Manage SharePoint sites and support internal team communications.
• Arrange travel and prepare expense reports for two senior executives.
• Plan and coordinate internal team events and events with external partners.
• Coordinate recurring cross-functional meetings and track logistics.
• Maintain files, administrative records, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support as assigned.
