Job summary

Prologis in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Events Specialist Europe to own the Europe events program, translating business priorities into an annual plan with KPIs and measures of success. You will manage end-to-end event delivery across Europe, engaging agencies, venues and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences.

You will lead budgets, governance, and risk, shape content and attendee experience, track KPI/ROI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant event management experience.
• Strong understanding of how events support customer relationships, growth, and brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Prologis Europe events strategy with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of events from concept to delivery and evaluation.
• Lead a diverse portfolio of industry, customer, broker, thought-leadership and internal employee events across Europe.
• Engage agencies, venues and suppliers for execution support and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Own event budgets, forecasting, cost control, reconciliation and supplier negotiations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align events with business priorities and brand positioning.
