Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, invites a Portfolio Strategy Intern to join the Amsterdam team. You’ll support quarterly investor reporting and generate strategic insights for the C-Suite, collaborating with colleagues across borders.

You’ll work on Excel analyses and prepare materials for senior leadership, while learning in a dynamic, globally connected setting.

Qualifications

• Education: enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field.
• Attention to Detail: deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Growth Mindset: eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Tech Skills: confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and large datasets.
• Organization: manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
• Collaboration: team-oriented, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Language: excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of Mileway’s quarterly investor reporting.
• Maintain Excel analyses for periodic performance monitoring.
• Assist in creating analyses to enrich quarterly materials and support senior executives’ presentations.
• Compile portfolio performance data and updates from multiple departments and offices.
• Analyze macroeconomic, peer, and real estate market data to generate strategic insights for leadership.
• Participate in ad-hoc and ongoing projects.
