Job summary

CostPerform is seeking a Partner Manager to build and scale an international partner ecosystem, working across Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership. You will onboard new partners, nurture long-term relationships, and drive joint pipelines with senior-level executives.

Ideal candidates have extensive B2B SaaS and enterprise sales experience, plus a background in consulting or partner ecosystems. This role embraces a hands-on, pragmatic approach with international responsibilities and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience with enterprise clients and CFO-level stakeholders.
• Background in consulting, SaaS sales, system integrators, or partner ecosystems.
• Ability to lead senior commercial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage international partners.
• Maintain relationships through regular contact and events.
• Support partners in positioning and selling CostPerform.
• Set up partner cadences and translate strategy into repeatable processes.
