European Partner Growth Lead (Sales & Alliances)

Job summary

Glean seeks a Partner Sales Manager to build and manage strategic partners across Europe. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam or London, with travel as needed, and partners closely with multiple sales teams to drive partner-driven pipeline and revenue.

You will lead co-selling motions, recruit and grow SI/VAR partners, and align partners to territories while working with CRM/PRM tooling to measure impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in channel, alliances, partner management, or business development in B2B SaaS.
• German language proficiency strongly preferred to support DACH markets.
• Background in search, AI, productivity, or enterprise SaaS with 1–2 years in frontier AI sales.
• Proven success recruiting, activating, and growing SI/VAR partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive and working-level relationships across partnerships and Glean sales teams.
• Educate and coach the sales teams on scaling with partners and revenue growth.
• Define and operationalize co-selling and co-delivery motions aligned with field priorities.
• Build repeatable plays for sourcing opportunities, including campaigns, events, and account mapping.
• Collaborate with Sales, SE, Marketing, Operations and Legal to streamline deal registration, approvals, contracts and MDF.
• Embed with the sales organization by aligning partners to territories and participating in deal reviews.
