Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is looking for a Lifecycle CRM Manager to own global lifecycle programs that drive Monthly Unique Buyers and retention across markets. This hands-on, data-driven role designs activation, reactivation, retention and engagement programs with budget and ROI in mind.

You will manage audience logic, segmentation, and next-best-action campaigns, monitor performance daily, run A/B tests, and collaborate with data, tech, and creative teams to improve customer lifetime

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Iterable, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization mechanics.
• Analytical mindset; able to interpret data, identify patterns and fix issues.

Responsibilities

• Own global lifecycle programs across activation, retention, reactivation and engagement.
• Define audience logic and targeting rules; manage proposition strategy and campaign setup.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests; measure uplift in MUB and incremental ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics daily; optimize budgets, vouchers and cadence to protect program integrity.
