Job summary

Sprints & Sneakers in Amsterdam is seeking a CRM Growth Engineer to design lifecycle flows that convert first purchases into loyal brand ambassadors. You’ll turn data into actionable segments and orchestrate automations that trigger at the right moment.

Work is hybrid from Amsterdam, with collaboration across data, marketing and sales teams to grow customer value while aligning with our B‑Corp mission to Growth for Good.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in B2B marketing, growth, CRM or inside sales.
• Campaigns from A to Z: segment, copy, technique, follow-up.
• CRM setup and maintenance across platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
• Interest in direct outreach via phone or personal email to leads.
• Ability to read data and adjust campaigns quickly.
• Technical aptitude for integrations and automation tools (A/B tests).
• Comfort switching between marketing, sales and tech across client projects.

Responsibilities

• Build lifecycle flows that drive repeat purchases and ambassador behavior.
• Transform customer data into actionable segments and campaigns.
• Design and execute nurture campaigns at optimal moments.
• Tinker with HubSpot integrations, automations and A/B tests.
• Articulate what drives pipeline and revenue to stakeholders.
