Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the Customer Engagement & Loyalty squad, owning multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. You will drive retention and lifetime value with data-driven segmentation and experimentation.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with local and international teams, and push CRM innovations in a fast-moving, global scale-up environment. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-channel CRM marketing experience across Email, Push and In-App campaigns.
• Strong data-driven segmentation skills and a track record of improving retention.
• Ambition to raise campaign performance and implement CRM best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence global teams.
• Agile mindset and capability to mentor juniors.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise high-impact multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app platforms, to drive long-term customer lifetime value.
• Drive excellence through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and segmentation to improve campaign performance and retention metrics.
• Streamline CRM processes, voucher planning, and campaign workflows across markets for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with international and local teams to experiment with new CRM technologies and AI-driven engagement strategies.
• Partner with data, product, and brand teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned messaging and customer-first experiences.
• Mentor junior teammates and interns, upholding high quality standards.
• Lead strategic CRM projects from segmentation and personalisation to cross-channel innovation.
• Lead cross-channel strategies and autonomous CRM initiatives.
