Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Lifecycle CRM Manager to own global lifecycle programs that drive Monthly Unique Buyers and customer retention across markets worldwide.

You will lead reactivation, activation, retention and engagement initiatives, leveraging loyalty programs and non-incentivized campaigns. Define audiences, test strategies, and monitor performance to optimize cost and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Iterable, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization mechanics.
• Analytical mindset; able to interpret data, identify patterns, and identify what needs fixing.
• Ownership mentality: you want to own programs, not just execute tasks.
• Comfort working across multiple teams (data, technical, creative studio).
• Ability to break down problems, propose solutions, and iterate fast.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own global lifecycle programs spanning reactivation, activation, retention and engagement.
• Drive loyalty programs (Reorder Rewards, StampCard) and non-incentivized campaigns.
• Define audience logic and budgeting, set up campaigns, monitor pacing and post-send results.
• Ensure programs run at global scale and maintain audience exclusion to protect integrity.
• Monitor MUB and voucher spend, run tests (A/B and multivariate) and report results.
• Translate insights into recommendations and roadmap adjustments.
