Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to help customers and internal staff with our DAP software. The role includes setting up, operating, and troubleshooting cutters, training end users, and providing comprehensive IT support across hardware and software.

You will document steps, assist with testing before updates, manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, and handle IT procurement. Dutch and English fluency are required; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• It education (MBO-level) in IT is required.
• At least 4 years in Helpdesk Support Tier 1 (hardware and software).
• At least 2 years of experience with Office 365 (O365).
• At least 3 years of experience with Windows 10 and 11.
• Plotter maintenance experience is a plus.
• Positive, respectful attitude and strong teamwork.
• Experience in a global IT environment and travel availability.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, operation and troubleshooting of cutters.
• Provide end-user training on DAP software and plotter use.
• Document troubleshooting steps and participate in software testing.
• Provide IT support for hardware and software (laptops, printers, plotters, mobiles).
• Create/delete Active Directory and O365 accounts; manage licenses.
• Handle IT procurement for laptops, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers and software.
• Collaborate with DAP team for testing and ensure clear communication with customers.
