Job summary

AFA Dispensing Group in Eindhoven is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep employees productive in a modern digital environment. You will be the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and information inquiries, providing hands-on support and clear communication.

The role includes account and device management in Microsoft 365, Intune, and security practices, plus onboarding, training, and continuous improvement across IT operations.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level education in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience, preferably in a Microsoft 365 environment (Teams & SharePoint administration).
• Experience providing user support and managing endpoints in a mid-sized or international organization.
• Strong understanding of Windows 11 and endpoint management (Intune).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and information inquiries, remotely or on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff or vendors as needed.
• Communicate clearly with users to minimize downtime and maintain high satisfaction.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies in Microsoft 365.
• Support endpoint management, configuration, and patching via Intune.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, devices, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and preempt issues before they impact operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear documentation and FAQs.
