Job summary

XPEL is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist customers and internal employees with our Design Access Program (DAP) software and hardware. The role involves installing, operating, and troubleshooting the cutter and related systems, with occasional on-site support across Europe.

You will be trained on XPEL DAP software and work with Active Directory, Office 365, TeamViewer, and more, delivering high-quality assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• IT education at MBO level or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in Helpdesk Support (Tier 1) hardware and software.
• At least 2 years of experience with O365.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and global IT environments.
• Willingness to travel and good Dutch/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, operation, and troubleshooting of cutters.
• Provide end-user training on plotters, DAP software, and related apps.
• Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate on software testing.
• Provide support for hardware and software including AD and Office 365.
• Create/delete Active Directory and Office 365 accounts; manage licenses.
• IT procurement for devices and manage access control systems.
• Ensure clear communication to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Create detailed solution documentation per XPEL procedures.
