Job summary

Klipboard is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st line B2B software support. You will work in a hybrid role with 40% home and 60% office time, communicating via phone, email, and chat, and documenting case notes.

You should have Dutch language fluency, solid IT experience, and knowledge of MS SQL databases and ERP systems. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach to ensure fast, high-quality resolutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
• Good IT skills with demonstrable experience in a similar IT support role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop Editions).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures.
• Experience of supporting applications with MS SQL databases, including script/query writing.
• Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to troubleshoot and strive for first-time resolution of issues.
• Consistently produce high quality and detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality updates to customers on a regular basis.
• Set customers' expectations correctly and deliver on promises.
• Take personal responsibility for each case with proactive resolution and updates.
• Proactively manage assigned cases and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain excellent case notes and documentation.
• Display a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
• Identify solutions and preventative measures to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure all cases progress in line with Klipboard Rental SLA’s.
• Share knowledge with the team and support during leave or travel.
