Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Support Technician for onsite backfill in Venlo, Netherlands. Start ASAP with flexible, project-based, on-call opportunities to support enterprise clients.

You will provide desktop/laptop support, configure Windows OS, support Office 365, and assist with basic networking and peripherals. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of IT support experience and strong customer service skills. This role requires independent onsite work and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document completed work accurately and professionally.
