Job summary

Protolabs in Amsterdam seeks a Desktop Support Analyst to resolve tickets, support Windows/macOS endpoints, manage onboarding/offboarding, and keep workplace tech running smoothly. The role blends Service Desk with onsite/end-user hardware support in a fixed-term capacity.

Responsibilities include imaging endpoints, MDM management, MS 365 admin tasks, VPN access, and supporting conferencing tools. Strong English skills and 2–5 years of IT support are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Service Desk/Desktop Support or IT role.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of MDM/endpoint management and security basics.
• Good English; additional Dutch/German/French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and requests via ticketing, chat, email and walk-ins.
• Diagnose, triage, and escalate as needed; own tickets end-to-end.
• Maintain knowledge base and user guides; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Deploy and maintain endpoints; manage SaaS apps and VPN access.
• Support conferencing tools, AV equipment, and meeting rooms.
