Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, commercial strategy, go-to-market leadership, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, information services, or an adjacent market is strongly preferred
• Understanding healthcare markets, buyer dynamics across geographies
• Track record of developing GTM and growth strategies with measurable results
• Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing, market sizing, revenue metrics
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders within a complex organization
• Analytical, strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to use customer and market insights to drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to create persona GTM strategies
• Translate market insights into priorities, initiatives, and measures
• Synthesize persona GTM strategies into a single global plan
• Identify shared priorities and opportunities across personas
• Develop GTM strategy for enterprise offerings spanning multiple personas
• Establish frameworks, governance, decision rights, and planning processes
• Lead global commercialization planning for new products and portfolio changes
• Define and monitor shared success metrics using data
