You will own cross-channel campaigns, leverage LLMs and AI tools, and collaborate with Product and Sales to align initiatives with commercial goals.

The role is remote across Europe, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, budgeting, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with measurable results.
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns in at least one channel.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and coordinating small teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM priorities into actionable marketing plans with budgets and KPIs.
• Plan and optimize campaigns in core channels for measurable results.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and campaign execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and agencies with briefs and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align marketing with business goals.
• Monitor spend, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze campaign/CRM data to identify improvements and reallocations.
• Identify internal gaps and engage contractors when needed.
• Apply marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, segmentation, funnel optimization.
• Own initiatives from planning to reporting with independent decisions.
