Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing & GTM to supercharge B2B and B2C growth across Europe. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a core team of 10+ marketers, driving revenue across 14 countries while balancing analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership.

This hybrid, full-time role is based in Amsterdam. You will own global channel expansion, end-to-end GTM execution, and collaborate with Product and regional Market leads to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector.
• Execution & Delivery Mindset with long-term vision and hands-on delivery.
• Agile & Data-Driven decision making.
• Stakeholder management across international organizations.
• Languages: English fluency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Impact: own the marketing team KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
• New Growth Channels: test and scale referrals, partnerships and more.
• Key projects ownership: deliver on critical channels and initiatives (e.g., ambassadors, enablement).
• Cross-channel Orchestration: align performance and brand for consistent narratives.
• GTM Execution: flawless launches and high-impact local campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Product and regional leads.
