Job summary

IQVIA, the Human Data Science Company, seeks a Director, Clinical FSP Go to Market/Therapeutic Strategy Lead in Amsterdam. You will translate FSP strategy into compelling client-facing narratives and work with Sales, BD, and Operations to drive growth from early engagement through RFI/RFP and bid defense.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical research, clinical operations, FSP, outsourcing or drug development experience.
• Strong understanding of Clinical FSP delivery models including hybrid and flexible resourcing.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate capabilities into client value propositions.
• Experience supporting RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and client discussions.
• Ability to partner with Sales, BD, account teams and Operations to shape early engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market activity translating IQVIA FSP strategy into customer-facing positioning and narratives.
• Identify, shape and progress priority FSP opportunities from early engagement through RFI/RFP and bid defense.
• Provide FSP subject-matter expertise and guidance on delivery models to opportunities.
• Create reusable materials and messaging for regional sales and BD teams.
• Drive early engagement with discovery discussions, workshops and account planning.
• Collaborate across CFSP, Operations, Therapeutic Centers of Excellence and Pricing to build differentiated solutions.
• Shape solution design best practices for multi-functional FSP constructs and hub-based delivery.
• Lead or contribute to proposal strategy and bid defense materials.
• Develop narratives and executive summaries for opportunities and client meetings.
• Coordinate pricing and commercial strategy with resource assumptions and delivery approach.
• Align internal teams with roles, ownership and timelines for high-quality submissions.
• Represent Clinical FSP in customer meetings and bid defenses with clear value propositions.
• Keep awareness of market trends to strengthen GTM narrative and sales materials.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future FSP positioning and scalability.
• Support long-term growth by expanding FSP services and improving sales fluency.
