Just Eat Takeaway.com is recruiting a Global CRM Lead to shape multi-market customer lifecycle strategies, aligning Marketing, Product and Data to deliver personalization and cross-channel orchestration. • Proven track record building automated programs that scale across regions and languages.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale global customer lifecycle strategies across multiple markets.
• Define and champion global CRM standards, setting guardrails for frequency, personalization, and channel mix.
• Bridge Marketing, Product, and Data to specify data requirements for segmentation and automation.
• Lead cross-functional projects, delivering platform migrations, new capabilities, and channel launches.
• Optimize global incentive strategies, analyzing long-term ROI across markets.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to CRM Managers.
