Job summary

Takeaway.com is seeking aGlobal CRM Lead to drive multi-market lifecycle strategies and cross-channel orchestration from Amsterdam. You will partner with Marketing, Product and Data to design data-driven CRM standards, and mentor CRM Managers in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will own global incentive design, automate programs, and ensure scalable CRM solutions across regions and languages, delivering measurable retention growth.
