Job summary

The UK-based cybersecurity company is expanding its Amsterdam commercial desk and hiring a German-speaking Partner Success Manager for its DACH customer base. You will own a growing book of partners, build trust-based relationships with technical users, and run demos and workshops to enable product adoption.

You'll report to the PSM Team Lead and work in a hybrid setup with onboarding in the office, then moving to fewer days as you ramp.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Background in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Success, or similar client-facing role.
• Genuinely relationship-first with a low-ego mindset and openness to direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own a growing book of partners, ramping from around 30 accounts up to 60-70.
• Build trust-based relationships with the technical users of the platform.
• Run demos, workshops, and screen-share sessions to walk partners through new features.
• Feed partner feedback back into product and implementation to improve the experience.
