They're growing fast and profitably: monthly revenue went from €100K to €1.2M in a single year, and they're now tracking toward €4M a month. Backed by three funding rounds including a recent Series C, with a next round expected to push valuation toward unicorn territory. Headcount is scaling from roughly 225 toward 300 by year end. Culture runs on low ego and direct, honest feedback, problems get named and addressed immediately rather than left to fester. Anyone joining before the end of this year still receives a share allocation; that window closes on January 1, 2027.
You'll join a small, growing Partner Success team in Amsterdam, reporting to the PSM Team Lead, and become the dedicated point of contact for the company's German-speaking partner base, working closely alongside the AE(s) covering that region. This is deliberately not a sales role: there are no upsell or renewal targets. You're measured on two things: churn and product adoption. You'll:
