Job summary

Tellent is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager for the DACH region, based in Amsterdam or with hybrid/remote options. You will lead the digital customer journey, drive product adoption, and work cross-functionally to maximize retention and revenue growth.

You’ll own campaigns, collaborate with AM, Sales, Product, and Support to deliver scalable customer outcomes. Fluency in German plus strong English, and a customer-centric, data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role

Qualifications

• Fluency in German with strong English communication skills (company language is English).
• Customer centric mindset and ownership.
• Experience in Digital Customer Success or related customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the Digital Customer Journey in DACH.
• Develop and roll out digital programs to drive retention and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients at scale.
• Monitor retention and engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
