Job summary

Vondel Venture Development seeks a Partnership Manager for the DACH region. You will manage German-speaking accounts from Amsterdam, closing new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and representing us as a trusted e-commerce partner.

Required is 2+ years in partnerships, fluency in German and English, and a willingness to develop further through certifications; Amsterdam-based role with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in partnerships or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
• Native or fluent German with excellent English.
• Resident of the Netherlands; Amsterdam office-based role.
• Willingness to obtain certifications and build expertise in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking accounts in DACH.
• Identify and close new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Represent the company as a trusted e-commerce partner and brand ambassador.
• Stay current on industry trends and pursue relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue and satisfaction.
