Job summary

Gomibo is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for the German Growth team, overseeing the German market strategy and key partner relationships. You will drive commercial outcomes, negotiate major deals, and coordinate cross-functional projects to accelerate growth and profitability.

You will lead partnerships with Telekom, Vodafone and other telecom players, travel within Germany, and work in a hybrid setup between Groningen and Germany. Strong English and German skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent.
• 5-10 years in German telecom with established network.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience leading a team of partnership managers.
• Fluent German and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Gomibo’s long-term commercial strategy for the German market.
• Build, strengthen, and scale strategic partnerships with major accounts like Telekom and Vodafone.
• Lead complex negotiations, manage long-term contracts, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Guide and support colleagues in partnership management and project execution.
• Deliver measurable growth in KPIs, including sales, margin and partner impact.
• Travel frequently (2x per week) to meet partners and attend conferences across Germany.
