Job summary

art’otel amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to lead guest interactions with warmth and professionalism. You will manage check-ins, handle requests, and set a high standard for service while guiding a front office team to excel in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude are essential.
• Proven fluency in English for guest interactions and team communication.
• Experience leading front office teams and mentoring colleagues preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional impression.
• Handle guest requests and check-ins with care, patience, and a smile.
• Inspire, coach and mentor Front Office team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Adapt to early mornings, late shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Contribute to a helpful, professional image of the team and hotel.
